So… How’s that Fit Life Goin?

Yikes.  It’s been a rough patch for me,  relatively speaking.   Life has “happened” a bunch of times,  and seemingly derailed my efforts.   I’ve told myself I was going to “rally”a few times,  and yet,  I failed to rally.

 

I think I’m just exhausted.   I just concluded a particularly stressful 5 months.   However,  there will be more “life” coming,  more stressful months lay ahead,  and I must figure out how to ensure that my “fit life” can weather the storm!

I’m committed.  The benefit is huge and I’ve seen it.   I know it is worth it.  I know it takes only a small effort to get the ball rolling,  and a similarly small lack of effort to slow it down.

Balance is the thing we must strive for.

Specifics?

I feel completely out of balance.  Every meal seems to have a “cheat” of some sort.  I’m not drinking enough water.  I haven’t even been doing my walks regularly,  let alone my big workouts!

 

So…  fix it.  That’s the only solution.  Just fix it.  Eat well. Be active. Drink water. Lay off the “cheats” for a while to let the healthy habits take hold again and make some progress.

It’s that simple.  There’s no trick or fad diet required.  Just, do it.

 

And now,  there is nothing left but the doing.  🙂
